KitchenAid Artisan 5-Quart Stand Mixers

KitchenAid Artisan 5-Quart Stand Mixers
An update to KitchenAid’s most popular small appliance is their latest masterpiece - the 5-qt. Artisan Series Stand Mixer. In comparison to their previous 4.5-qt., this one is larger in capacity and combines a 325-watt motor with a heavy duty transmission that supplies constant power even when mixing heavy bread dough. Convenient, the polished stainless steel bowl is sized to hold large batches and recipes, and with its wide open design, accommodates the beater from the tilt-back head once it’s lowered into the bowl. The handle on the bowl is ergonomically designed, contoured to fit the hand, facilitating lifting and pouring. Like the other models, this one, too, features KitchenAid’s unique mixing action - the beater moves clockwise while the shaft moves counterclockwise, enabling the beater to reach every area as it mixes. It features 10 speeds from a very high to a very low stir. Included with your new stand mixer is a clear, two-piece pouring shield that fits around the top of the bowl, preventing splashes. A large chute lets you add ingredients along the way. Accessories include a Wire Whip, Flat Beater and Dough Hook for versatility. The rugged, durable, all-metal construction promises many years of dependability, quiet operation, and cooking and baking bliss.
Customer Review: Everyone needs a kitchen aid
I’ve had one for a few years and thought it would be a great present for my son.. He loves to cook and was very happy to get this addition to his kitchen
Customer Review: I love my KSM150PSWH Mixer!
I used a KitchenAid in a job, many years ago, so I knew what I was getting. This was a birthday present for myself, and I’m glad I bought it.
Christmas baking was as easy and efficient as it was to clean the machine. I was actually able to make perfect frosting for cookies and cakes, something not easily done with a hand mixer or my ancient Oster stand mixer. It had plenty of power to kneed even a very stiff sugar cookie dough.
If you’re thinking of adding a KitchenAid stand mixer to your home, this model is top notch.

Boy with Sailboat Bronze Garden Statue - 41″ High
With this exceptional piece you will find the ultimate path to creating surroundings of beauty and distinction for years to come.
The process of creating this beautiful statue is known as Bronze Art Casting. This process uses the ancient lost wax process and has been around for thousands of years. This labor intensive process takes several weeks from start to finish. Bronze is an alloy. It is a mixture of 95% copper, plus small amounts of lead, tin, zinc, and silicon.
The following includes a step by step description of the procedure:
- The artist creates an original sculpture from either clay or wax.
- A rubber mold is made of the original sculpture by applying numerous coats of rubber over the original. After this is cured, it is removed. This new rubber mold will show every exact detail from the original. This mold is used to create duplicates of the original design.
- The rubber mold is filled with molten wax. After the wax cools, the rubber mold is removed from the wax. We now have a wax duplicate of the sculpture.
- The artists will hand-finish the wax to match the original.
- Wax rods and wax funnel are attached to the wax duplicate. This will alleviate the trapping of air and gas.
- The wax duplicate is coated with a liquid ceramic. This is done several times to create a stable mold. This is cured for a few days.
- The wax mold covered in ceramic is fired up in a kiln. The “burn-out” process bakes the shell and the wax melts o
