Richard Simmons - Sweatin’ to the Oldies

Richard Simmons - Sweatin’ to the Oldies
Richard Simmons is the king of motivational exercise, especially if you’re a beginner. This video workout is a dance party simulating a class reunion, with an energizing live band playing lively hits from the ’50s and ’60s, such as “It’s My Party and I’ll Cry If I Want To,” “Great Balls of Fire,” and “Dancing in the Streets.” The singers and musicians sometimes come offstage and dance with the exercisers, adding to the energy and festivity. The choreography is very simple, low impact, light intensity, and appropriate for beginners and overweight exercisers. (You may not get your heart rate up if you’re very fit, although you’ll enjoy the music.) Richard doesn’t do much in the way of cueing–he assumes you’ll just follow along. His onscreen class has women and men of all body shapes and sizes, and everyone is having a blast. You will, too. At the end, the exercisers dance down the floor and the screen flashes how many pounds they’ve lost–several have lost more than 100 pounds. (22 minutes of aerobics, total 43 minutes with warm-up, cool down, and stretch.) –Joan Price
Customer Review: Let’s Party!!!
Excellent product. I had lost 52 pounds on the Sweatin to the Oldies program. The only this is they are great aerobics program; you might have to include sit ups or push ups with the program. Even though I lost alot of weight I wasn’t very tight and tone. However Richard Simmons always delivers with a fun and effective weight loss program.
Customer Review: Fabulous!
Richard Simmon has won my heart with his infectious enthusiasm for fun exercise! When I put on “Sweatin’ to the Oldies”, I can’t help but sing and dance. It sure helps me get in my 10,000 steps a day!!

Soccer Player Bronze Garden Statue - 24″ High
With this exceptional piece you will find the ultimate path to creating surroundings of beauty and distinction for years to come.
The process of creating this beautiful statue is known as Bronze Art Casting. This process uses the ancient lost wax process and has been around for thousands of years. This labor intensive process takes several weeks from start to finish. Bronze is an alloy. It is a mixture of 95% copper, plus small amounts of lead, tin, zinc, and silicon.
The following includes a step by step description of the procedure:
- The artist creates an original sculpture from either clay or wax.
- A rubber mold is made of the original sculpture by applying numerous coats of rubber over the original. After this is cured, it is removed. This new rubber mold will show every exact detail from the original. This mold is used to create duplicates of the original design.
- The rubber mold is filled with molten wax. After the wax cools, the rubber mold is removed from the wax. We now have a wax duplicate of the sculpture.
- The artists will hand-finish the wax to match the original.
- Wax rods and wax funnel are attached to the wax duplicate. This will alleviate the trapping of air and gas.
- The wax duplicate is coated with a liquid ceramic. This is done several times to create a stable mold. This is cured for a few days.
- The wax mold covered in ceramic is fired up in a kiln. The “burn-out” process bakes the shell and the wax melts o

Customer Review: I love the garden angel
I had looked for quite some time to find the perfect angel. You see, my mom passed away in June of this year and before she died I told her that I was going to get an angel for my garden and I would think of her every time I looked at her. I also told her that I would purchase one for my dad too. So you see why this angel had to be just right. Many that I saw, in person and online, were ugly or even scary looking. When I saw the beautiful face and detail of this angel, I knew she was the perfect one. I gave her to my dad this past Christmas. He loved her as did my entire family. He has her proudly displayed in his garden.
